Jason Evdoxiadis

President and Broker of Record

20-year veteran of commercial real estate, Jason Evdoxiadis has a wealth of diverse experience in Toronto as well as select international markets. He holds dual licensing as both a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, and has an extensive consulting history with government and corporate clients.

With a long transaction record that includes all aspects of real estate – brokerage, leasing, financing and portfolio consultation – Jason is well equipped to provide clients with a full suite of services from the early stages to support long after the conclusion of a real estate transaction.

Past clients include North West Healthcare Properties, Hullmark Developments, Cityscape Developments, FHC Holdings, Pinedale Properties, Tim Horton’s, Harhay Construction, and The Firkin Group of Pubs. From 2001-2007, he was the exclusive real estate services provider and portfolio consultant for the Canadian Broadcasting Company on a national basis and in selected international markets.

Jason formed Cambridge Mercantile Realty, his own Commercial Real Estate and Mortgage Company 2 years ago and has grown the business over both years. He also assisted in raising capital for another start up, Wellspring Financial which successfully launched in the summer of 2013.

Jason served on the Board of Ontex Resources (ONT:TSX) a publicly traded company specializing in gold exploration with holdings in gas production and wind energy. Jason is also a board member of the Hellenic Canadian Board of Trade.

He is also a public speaker and writer on a variety of subjects, including the investment market, commercial real estate, politics, gold and commodities, and the Canadian economy.

Alexis Pappas

VP, Marketing and Business Development

Alexis Pappas brings 9 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and real estate to the team, with expertise in both print and online marketing. She is the former Editor in Chief of an internationally-distributed luxury real estate publication, and oversaw the functioning of a boutique real estate firm as Director of Operations. Alexis oversees Cambridge Mercantile Realty’s research, publicity and business development initiatives.

Brian Kelleher

Senior Project Manager

With a background that includes real estate analytics, project development and transaction management, Brian brings a diverse range of experience to the Cambridge Mercantile Realty team. As a Transaction Services Coordinator for CB Richard Ellis Ltd., he initiated projects, performed due diligence, worked extensively with large government and corporate clients, and prior to that gained experience in all facets of the commercial real estate cycle at brokerage Ashlar Urban Realty. His focus at CMR is on developing and helping implement special investment projects.
